How can I leave a review for my recent purchase?

Can I view my order status?
If you’re logged into your nexgenof.com Account, you can click the person icon in the upper right corner, and then click on "My Order Status". This will take you to a new page which contains your order history and all order statuses. How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, click on the person icon on the upper right corner of the website and click "Sign In", or Click Here. In the pop-up displayed, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your information. A new temporary password will be emailed to you. Follow the email link to log in, then change your password from inside your account information page here.
How do I change the email address associated with my nexgenof.com account?
When logged into your account, click on the person icon in the upper right then click on “Personal Information” or Click Here. Add the new email address and hit “Update” at the bottom of the pop up. You will receive a message at your new address to confirm the change.
I ended up with two accounts, can I combine them?
Yes, please help us keep our customer data clean! You're able to combine the orders and wish list with someone else's account. Contact us and we’ll be happy to help you with the process.

On the right side of the product page, simply click "Add to Wish List." If you're not logged in, you’ll be asked to do so. Please be aware that a wish list item is NOT held or reserved under your name and is eligible for other customers to purchase, so they may be out of stock when you return. How do I unsubscribe from Nexgen Outfitter's killer emails?
If you really don’t want to hear from us, click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the very bottom of any Nexgen Outfitter's marketing email. If you just want to get less emails from us, click on "Edit your preferences" at the bottom of the email then choose the frequency and type of email you get. Absolutely, to ensure the best shopping experience we need the most up to date customer information! When logged into your account, click on the person icon in the upper right then click on "My Account Summary" or Click Here. Click on "My Address Book" on the left side. Once you're on the Address Book page, you can manage all your addresses for easy checkout or shipping.
Can I change my billing information for easy checkout?
When logged into your account, click on the person icon in the upper right then click on "My Account Summary" or Click Here . Click on "One-Click Checkout Profile" on the left side. Once you're on the profile page, you can update your default billing address or add a new payment method.
How do I subscribe to Nexgen Outfitter's killer email newsletter?
Look for the box in the lower left of most pages on the site that says "Sign-up for Our Email" and enter your email. You should get a welcome email and then start to receive seasonal and relevant outdoor information over the coming weeks. If nothing shows up, please check your Spam folder and add email@example.com to your address list.

You do not need a Nexgen Outfitters account to place an order with us, simply "checkout as guest". However, we do recommend that you create an account so that you can create wish lists, access your order history, and experience the most personalized and relevant shopping experience at nexgenof.com!
